General Sydney Bernard Biko is a character in the role playing chat room called the, "Red Dragon Inn," which is on the NetCental Live Chat Server. The handle for this character is Sir Biko. Biko is the Head of the Hog army.


 
    Syd Biko was the only son of a travelling merchant named Wilson Biko. Syd, who hated his name and demanded that he simply be called Biko, he also hated his fathers life as a merchant. Biko's father demanded that he follow in his footsteps and become a merchant. Biko hated this idea but eventually decided to become one when his father was on his death bed and Biko was eighteen.
    While travelling through the lands working as a merchant Biko encountered many troubles and learned how to defend himself in battle, he became well known as the "Fighting Merchant" he wore armour and carried his sword where ever he went and became a very skilled soldier. While travelling near the Hog Kingdom he discovered the massive war that they were in and felt that he needed to assist them in their battles. He enlisted in the Hog Army at the age of twenty-one and quickly rose up in the ranks shortly before the end of the war when he was twenty-four Biko was promoted to general and was appointed commander of the Army by Hog Queen Alexandra V. Biko and the queen had became very close and were secretly planning to be married, which is a violation of Hog tradition, at the time no Hog monarch had ever married out of their race. When Alexandra died shortly after the end of the war Biko was devastated. Alexandra's brother and close friend of Biko, Teneb Niko ascended to the thrown. Biko left the army and ran off to become a hermit, but this life wasn't for him, he needed a piece of the action, so he returned and was reappointed Army commander by Teneb.
